New event venues ready and waiting for you
Sun Street
This is a brand new 41-bedroom, 5-star hotel where the City of London meets Shoreditch. The hotel has 32 King and Superior rooms, three Loft Rooms, five Suites, and a luxurious Dance Suite.
It features a restaurant, cocktail bar, club room, library, sun terrace, Orangery, courtyard, private dining, and a tasting room. Sun Street’s labyrinth of rooms and quiet spaces makes it an ideal venue for all sorts of meetings and events.

Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars
The Grade II listed property is on New Bridge Street, north of Blackfriars Bridge and Blackfriars Station. The former Crowne Plaza London The City has reopened under Hyatt’s Regency brand following an extensive refurbishment. Home to 204 guest rooms and suites, each of its rooms features a Hyatt Grand Bed, climate control and high-speed Wi-Fi.
There is something to suit all dining tastes at Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars. Guests can experience speciality Chinese cuisine at Chinese Cricket Club, relax in style at an all-day New York Bistro or unwind with cocktails and light bites at The Leaf & Cane, Latin American bar and outdoor terrace.

The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush
The Hoxton has opened its fourth London property. This hotel has 237 rooms and sits on the north end of Shepherd’s Bush Green, next to Shepherd’s Bush Market, Bush Hall and Shepherd’s Bush Empire.
The Hoxton’s restaurant, Chet’s, is a fiery Thai-American diner serving up dishes from breakfast to dinner. Guests can also make a stop at the bar for some classic cocktails. And the venue offers a good choice of meeting and event spaces in an area called the Apartment. Each room is unique in size and can be used individually or together to suit a range of events.

Art’otel London Battersea Power Station
This is the debut hotel for the Art’otel brand – part of the Radisson Hotels – in London. The hotel has 164 bedrooms and sits amongst an array of shops, restaurants, and bars.
Inside, it features designs from Spanish artist and designer Jamie Hayon, who took inspiration from the building’s history and the idea of a future at the centre of a new cultural district.
The hotel features floor-to-ceiling windows which flood the rooms with natural daylight.

Treehouse Hotel Manchester
We’re super excited that the treehouse Hotel Manchester is taking root from Spring 2023 in Blackfriars Street, Manchester.
Every detail is imagined through the carefree, optimistic lens of childhood and balanced with a distinctly modern sensibility.

Six Senses London
Six Senses London will open its first UK property in West London in 2023. The hotel will have 139 unique residences for guests to stay in during holistic hideaway with Six Senses.
The hotel will be located within the former Whiteley’s Department Store in Bayswater. The 1,300 sqm ground floor is inspired by the brand’s “connection to people and nature” and its dedication to sustainability. The lobby will feature plants, textured fabrics, bespoke flooring, reclaimed wood furniture and upholstery in natural tones. The hotel will feature a Six Senses spa with 12 treatment rooms, a 20-metre indoor swimming pool, and gym.

Mollie’s, Manchester
Dreamed up by the founder of Soho House and his creative team, Mollie’s are twenty-first-century motel-diners with big ambitions. In spirit, Mollie’s was born in America – ‘an offspring of the classic roadside motel and drive-in diner, a welcome stopover on a route to somewhere’.
The brand has borrowed the inviting red neon signs, easy-going vibe, burgers, shakes, bottomless coffee, and a dash of nostalgia. But there’s nothing old-school about Mollie’s. Expect innovative digital check-in, EV chargers, designer rooms with a fresh Soho House look and affordable prices.

Raffles London at the OWO
The highly anticipated Raffles London at the OWO is nearly here! The venue is housed within the former Old War Office at the junction of Horse Guards Parade and Whitehall. It will offer 120 rooms and 85 branded residences. And it will feature wellness facilities and 11 food and beverage destinations, including a rooftop restaurant and bar.
Completed in 1906, the seven-floor property served as the office of political and military leaders including Winston Churchill, David Lloyd George, Lord Kitchener, Herbert Asquith and T.E. Lawrence.

Malmaison Manchester Deansgate
The newest Malmaison hotel located just off Manchester’s Deansgate on Albert Square is due to open this summer. It will be the 18th hotel in the brand’s portfolio and the second in Manchester.
The property will have 70 bedrooms, a 114-cover signature Chez Mal brasserie, rooftop bar, terrace and 2 meeting pods to seat 4-6.
The bedrooms will ‘pay homage’ to the retro design of the 60s and 70s, with bold patterns and striking artwork. The rooftop will feature Sora, a pan-Asian tapas and cocktail bar.

Ruby Stella Hotel & Bar
Luxury brand Ruby Hotels will open its third hotel in London in 2023. Ruby Stella will be a 153-room property in London’s Clerkenwell and will open in the summer of 2023. The development will see a two-storey extension and private terraces added to the existing Victorian Ragged School building.
The offices are scheduled to be completed in February 2023, followed by the hotel and residential units in July.

The Reach at Piccadilly, Manchester, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel
The Reach at Piccadilly, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, stands out for its incredible location in the heart of the bustling city, yet it rests adjacent to the calm of the Rochdale Canal. The 215-bedroom venue is scheduled to open in 2023, and its guests will be able to wine and dine while watching boats pass through Lock 84. It is just a 90-second walk to Piccadilly Train Station, with easy access to Manchester’s main attractions.
Delegates will be able to dine in on the best locally sourced produce for Chef’s specialty small plates. An excellent selection of dishes can be enjoyed with a glass of fine wine or a pint of Lock 84 IPA, brewed in Manchester by Seven Bro7hers. Following the ethos of keeping it local, the property is proud to use Ancoats Coffee, roasted only a few minutes’ walk away.

Oceandiva, London
Welcome aboard the first revolutionary CO2-neutral event venue on the River Thames. Spanning three decks, this unique blank canvas venue can host sensational events on the river, static or sailing.
With over 2,625 m2 of unimpeded event space, the venue boasts capacity for 500 for dinners and 1,500 for receptions. The versatile venue can be transformed to suit your objectives. It can host to a variety of events, including awards ceremonies, drinks receptions, conferences, dinners, product launches, charity events, exhibitions, and more.
Merging state of the art architectural design with the latest technology, Oceandiva is set to revolutionise the marine environment, as London’s newest floating events space. It is part of an innovative operation to decarbonise the Capital’s river by Net Zero Marine Services (NZMS). The pioneering project will develop a new electric river highway installing electrical charging points for vessels from Westminster to Dartford.
