Employee wellness, engagement, and mental health are high priorities for most businesses at the moment. Musical Wellbeing

Music heals the soul and by syncing self-care with music practices this experience, this will help you to invest and breathe life back into your workforce, increasing confidence, reliability, and productivity.

These bespoke and creatively produced sessions mix music with health and fitness. Workshop topics include:

Yoga for Stress & Anxiety Session

An hour long virtual session dedicated to creating wellness inside and out.

  • Stress-Buster Neck Practices: 15 minutes
  • Balancing Through Breath: 15 minutes
  • Guided Meditation for Success: 25 minutes

Other activities can include meditation & mindful breathing, stretch & strengthen practices, and tension release.

Crafting

Bien Venue, through our fantastic partners have a range of mindful crafting experiences which help employees relax and learn a new skill or hobby. Crafting experience options include:

Origami flowers in a vase – participants can have fun being creative with an Origami Lesson. Its relaxing, colourful and easy to do.  

Paint Along – a 60-minute virtual painting session with an artist who will take you on a step-by-step journey to paint your very own canvas.

Hampers

Bien Venue can tailor make a Wellness hamper to support the mental and physical wellbeing of employees. The hampers can include a range of locally sourced natural, sustainable and organic products which will benefit internal and external wellbeing. Alternatively, the hampers could be self-care packages or ‘thinking of you’ appreciation hampers.
