Following the success of their branch in Chiswick, room2 has opened a new venue in Northern Ireland’s capital, Belfast. The new hotel has 175 rooms, four collaborative event spaces, a trendy restaurant and bar, a delightful tea experience room, and a welcoming lobby. room2 has a variety of flexible options for short stays or long-term stays away from home, there is a studio perfectly suited to any guest.

The Address Glasgow
A family-owned Irish hotel group – The Address Collective, has expanded into Scotland with a new site in central Glasgow. The Address Glasgow on Renfield Street is the fifth The Address Collective hotel. After a £9 million renovation, the 95-room hotel officially opened its doors in early 2024.
The ‘Wellness Area’ facilities include a state of the art gym, plunge pool, heated loungers, and a Himalayan salt rock sauna. The property also has several meeting rooms and North, a new restaurant and cocktail bar located on street level. Located in the city centre, this hotel is a perfect place to stay to attend any Glasgow event.
On the horizon
100 Princes Street
A rich Scottish history of explorers and adventurers who previously called the building home inspires this venue. Its standout feature will be its wine wall, home to over two hundred fine wines. If that is not for you, they also have an incredible collection of acclaimed Scottish whiskies on another wall.
The hotel will have thirty guest rooms and suites with exceptional views over the prestigious Edinburgh Castle. 100 Princes Street will be part of the Red Carnation Hotel Collection.

art’otel London Hoxton
Scheduled to open in Spring 2024, Art’otel London Hoxton will be housed in a cylindrical new-build property on Old Street. The hotel will have 340 guest rooms and incorporate two large-scale original Banksy artworks.
PPHE Hotel Group has previously said the mixed-use development would comprise twenty-seven floors. That number covers five floors of office space, seventeen floors of hotel rooms, and five floors dedicated to facilities. The facilities include a gym, swimming pool, wellness facilities, an art gallery, destination restaurant, bar and a 24th-floor auditorium and event space.

Centrally located in Paternoster Square, Convene Sancroft, St. Paul’s is a one-of-a-kind venue with impressive scale. The location features a total of seven unique meeting rooms – including a 900-person plenary room, the largest single above-ground meeting room in City of London – and can accommodate a total of 1,200 guests.
Nestled between historic London landmarks, Convene Sancroft, St. Paul’s has been thoughtfully designed to pay homage to the surrounding area, drawing inspiration from the iconic local craftsmanship while reflecting nearby contemporary architecture.

Opening in April 2024 in Manchester, Co-op Live will be the UK’s largest and most socially responsible live entertainment venue. The arena will host up to 23,500 people and sits opposite the Etihad Stadium.
Unlike almost all other large arenas, the venue was designed with music at the forefront and will include smart bowl design and cutting-edge technology that elevates the artist and fan experience. The newly built Hampton by Hilton Nuneaton will form part of a mixed-use development on Abbey Street, which also includes a cinema complex, food hall and residential units.

NYX Edinburgh is to open in 2024 and will have 125 bedrooms. Little is known about the venue, but it will be on Jeffery St across from Waverly Station and expand the neighbouring Jury’s Inn hotel.
The property will be the Fattal brand’s first hotel in Scotland and be in a prime location for tourists travelling to Scotland’s capital.

The Newman, located in London’s Fitzrovia, is the first hotel from the new international hospitality management company Kinsfolk & Co. Lind + Almond has designed the hotel which comprises 81 guest rooms and suites displaying a contemporary Art Deco aesthetic.
Some rooms come with private balconies, while the rooftop floor comprises a signature suite with a private terrace and when taken as a whole, offers exclusive use of the floor as a spacious four-bedroom suite. The Reach at Piccadilly Manchester is a Marriott Bonvoy Tribute Portfolio hotel. The new voco property will be adjacent to J29 of the M5, just five minutes from Exeter Airport. The 142-key hotel is set to be managed by Valor Hospitality and caters to business guests with facilities including a restaurant, bar, gym, gardens, meeting space and numerous car charging points.
The property aligns with the net zero carbon buildings framework definition of the UK Green Building Council.
